KNOT Early Access and Participation Terms

This document explains the core rules a user must read and accept before joining the KNOT Protocol ecosystem. It is an early access and testnet draft and should be legally reviewed before public launch.

1. Participation and acceptance

By registering for KNOT, the user accepts these terms, the fair use rules and verification requirements that may be updated over time. During early access and testnet phases, KNOT may change the application, website, reward model, token model and verification rules.

2. Invites, referrals and Trust Circle

Community access may depend on invite codes, referrals or similar community links. Users are responsible for inviting and adding real, good-faith participants. Fake, duplicated, emulator-based or organized accounts may affect both the account itself and any referral or Trust Circle relationship that benefits from it.

3. Prohibited use

Creating accounts through emulators, using bots, using false device, phone or identity information, opening multiple accounts, building artificial referral chains, filling Trust Circles with non-real accounts, or manipulating mining and task systems through automation is prohibited. If detected, rewards may be locked, invalidated or the account may be disqualified.

4. Rewards and token eligibility

All points and rewards shown in early access, mobile mining, referral, Trust Circle, task, staking or airdrop screens are provisional. They do not guarantee final token eligibility, transfer rights or financial gain. Before distribution, KNOT may review accounts and may lock, reduce, reset or disqualify suspicious rewards.

5. Future verification

KNOT may require SMS verification, email verification, two-factor authentication, wallet signature, device security checks, KYC or similar verification steps in later stages. Users who do not complete required verification may be unable to claim or transfer rewards, or may remain under review.

6. Testnet and financial risk

Testnet and early access are for testing and validation. Nothing in the product or website is financial advice. Future token value, listing, transferability or market availability is not guaranteed.

7. Data and security

KNOT may process phone, device, referral, Trust Circle, activity, wallet, IP and verification information to operate the system and fight abuse. This data may be used for fake account detection, reward review, security and compliance purposes.

8. Updates

These terms may be updated as the project evolves. For important changes, users may be asked to accept a new version. Continued use of the application may mean acceptance of the current rules.

Kullanici, davet ettigi veya Trust Circle'a ekledigi hesaplarin gercek ve iyi niyetli katilimci olmasindan sorumludur. Sahte, tekrar eden, emulator tabanli veya organize sekilde olusturulan hesaplar hem ilgili hesabi hem de o hesaplara fayda saglayan referral ve Trust Circle iliskilerini etkileyebilir.

3. Yasakli kullanim

Emulator ile hesap cogaltmak, bot kullanmak, sahte cihaz/telefon/kimlik bilgisi kullanmak, coklu hesap acmak, yapay referral zinciri kurmak, Trust Circle'i gercek olmayan hesaplarla doldurmak, mining veya gorev sistemini otomasyonla manipule etmek yasaktir. Bu davranislar tespit edildiginde oduller kilitlenebilir, gecersiz sayilabilir veya hesap diskalifiye edilebilir.

4. Oduller ve token uygunlugu

Erken erisim, mobil mining, referral, Trust Circle, gorev, staking veya airdrop ekranlarinda gorunen tum puanlar ve oduller on inceleme niteligindedir. Bu degerler nihai token hakkini, transfer hakkini veya finansal kazanci garanti etmez. KNOT, dagitim oncesinde hesaplari inceleyebilir; supheli kazanimlari kilitleyebilir, azaltabilir, sifirlayabilir veya diskalifiye edebilir.

5. Gelecek dogrulamalar

KNOT ilerleyen asamalarda SMS dogrulamasi, e-posta dogrulamasi, iki faktorlu dogrulama, wallet imzasi, cihaz guvenlik kontrolu, KYC veya benzeri dogrulamalar isteyebilir. Bu dogrulamalari tamamlamayan kullanicilarin odulleri claim edilemeyebilir, transfer edilemeyebilir veya inceleme durumunda kalabilir.

6. Testnet ve finansal risk

Testnet ve erken erisim sureci deneme ve dogrulama amaclidir. Bu surecte verilen bilgiler yatirim tavsiyesi degildir. Tokenlarin gelecekteki degeri, listelenmesi, transfer edilebilirligi veya herhangi bir piyasada islem gormesi garanti edilmez.

7. Veri ve guvenlik

KNOT, sistemi isletmek ve kotuye kullanimla mucadele etmek icin telefon, cihaz, referral, Trust Circle, aktivite, wallet, IP ve dogrulama bilgilerini isleyebilir. Bu veriler sahte hesap tespiti, odul incelemesi, guvenlik ve yasal uyum amaciyla kullanilabilir.

8. Guncellemeler

Bu sozlesme proje gelistikce guncellenebilir. Onemli degisikliklerde kullanicidan yeni surumu tekrar kabul etmesi istenebilir. Kullanicinin uygulamayi kullanmaya devam etmesi, guncel kurallari kabul ettigi anlamina gelebilir.
